Those were so funny! Loved how they poked fun at Tom Cruise.

Eh, I never look at that magazine. Too mean-spirited for me.

I tried to download it too. It wouldn't work.

Oh no! I'll have to pull A Star Wars and see Jarhead just for the trailer!

Okay, maybe I'll just wait...

"Jarhead"? No thanks. That would be too violent for me.

Kong is KING! (and some SW thrown in, too!)

Above is a link to a review on the collector's tin case for the original 1933 version of King Kong.

I'm sold. I'm getting the tin case after all!

(Still gonna get the other features, Son of Kong and Mighty Joe Young, though. I'll just have to buy them separately.)

Oh, and you might want to read ALL THE WAY THROUGH to see what WETA re-created especially for this new DVD edition of Kong!

P.S. -- The Clone Wars Vol. 2 review is immediately after the Kong review.

SW: Clone Wars Vol. 2 releases 2 weeks after Kong does (11/22).

I was going for tin to start with, but am tempted to go for the Kong box as well, since I LOVE this movie and the two films separately are not too cheaper on their own.

Great review - I had heard about the WETA reconstructions, but can't wait to see it! :)

Saw Potter and they played the kong trailer.

When kong knocks that airplane out of the sky, I swear the entire audience said "woah, s***!" in unison.

It was quite funny.

There's a cover story on King Kong in this week's Entertainment Weekly. (Holiday Preview)

Some great info on how this movie was made! :)
