It's not a poster,I think it's a book that will be released with the movie.
Yeah,that bird is scary .

I think it's a dodo, at least that's what came to mind when I watched the trailer.

Dug looks cute in 2D.

Heh, not a dodo. Looks like some sort of made up species to me. :)

DisneyStore.com has started to list some merchandise, one highlight is a talking Dug plush! Soooo cute! They also have a jumbo version and other talking characters. Personally, I'm waiting to see if they'll list beanie versions of all of them soon, which I say has 99% chance of happening. Love plushes, but small ones mostly.

I can seriously not wait for this movie!!!
I'm in love with Pixar, if they would continue with the quality of animation they have now and Disney would release a 2D-feature every now and then it would be a perfect world (in animation that is, :p lol, just kidding)

Kevin and Dug seem to be extremely funny, I have a weak spot for Russel already, still have some doubts on Carl, but I'm sure they'll fade very very very far away when I'll see it :D

Thanks to a user on Pixar Planet, you can see pictures of Up's merchandise now available at Disney Stores. (Hehe, I have that Woody plush car. ;))

Dug's plush just looks so cute... Jumbo says it all for the big one and I love the little luggage tags. The environment bag looks real cool and a steal! Man, at times like this I really miss having a Disney Store. Thankfully, DisneyStore.com now has a Up boutique with most of the merchandise. Better than nothing. Soon! :)

Also, here's a sneak peak of upcoming toys and plushes being produced by Jun Planning, a Japanese toy maker who is breaking out into the American market. Plushes look ok, at least Carl and Russel are getting attention. (I do hope and think Disney Store will follow) Carl's plush on the left looks more like Albert Einstein, Russel's plush on the right looks a little too plump and Dug looks off. Eh. The merchandise looks a little more promising, love Russel's vinyl figure!

Very cool toys! :) Wish they'd have more of the Toucan though.

Also, here's an early Cannes review of Up from Roger Ebert! :)

Warning: Some spoilers
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

It's been widely getting good notices from the Cannes reviewers in the trades. Could be Pixar's best yet, is the general theme...!

Score clips on Amazon:

www.amazon.com/Up/dp/B002A4ZN1A/ref=sr_ ... 30&sr=1-38

I really, really hope that they decide to release this as a physical CD as well. It'll be frustrating if it isn't. I mean, you can get away with offering National Treasure and other Trevor Rabin clank-fests on digital only, but this is a Pixar score, for crying out loud! Here's hoping that Disney Records gets with the program...

By the way, it sounds great so far.

So anyone still watch the Simpons because it is obvious that the people that make the show are just as obsessed with the new pixar movie as we are. Did anyone else notice the homage to UP in the latest episode of the Simpsons? (its on hulu right now, the one about border control and the Norwegians)
