Your Animated News Anniversary

I just noticed that today, September 1st, marks the 1 year anniversary of the day I joined Animated News!

My gosh, how the time flew by. Its been one....interesting year, that's for sure. I still remember the day I joined, and how shy I really was. Thankfully, that went away quickly!

Anyhoo, thanks to AN, I've met a lot of great people, many of whom I consider friends. I also want to say, this is the best animated forum I've ever been to. I've visited a lot, and none compare, both in appearance, and members. And I want to thank James, Ben and everyone else for doing such a great job at keeping it that way!

So... anyone else want to share?

It's always been awesome seeing you here and having you as part of the site.

Let's see.....my "anniversary"? Well, technically I started checking in regularly to Animated-Movies around 2002....but didn't officially join up until it was already Animated News. (May 2004)

Then in October that year when the site was re-launched, I joined up again, and have been here ever since!!

I've only been here for a few days myself, but I do know some of the members from a previous life at a forum that no longer exists.

Great to see everyone, old and new faces alike. I'll be celebrating my first anniversary. . . let see. . . in about a year.

Not sure how well I'll be remembered, I don't think I posted much past '04 as life kinda got in the way.

Let's see...I started reading AN sometime in 2004 and joined during May of 2005...So I think I've been here about three years or so. Very recently I joined the staff, as I wanted to contribute something to this truly exceptional site.

I'm having as much fun here today as I did when I first joined, so a big thanks to everyone who make this such a great site!
