Remy's right--it's PG.
Some reviews are in. So far....it's 30% on RT.
(EDIT: It's 27% as of Friday the 15th.)
I wouldn't totally believe in all of them though....the reviewers obviously didn't care for the first one and probably went in all "Oh, this film should never have been made in the first place, etc..."

The first one was fun.....the positive reviews seem to confirm that whatever the first did right...this film does it better.
Also, Kenneth Turan on the LA times apparently liked it!!

Yet it must be said that it's something of a relief to confront a comic-book movie that is neither hip nor wised up. Earnest, gee-whiz and foursquare, this simple and intentionally inoffensive sequel gets points for being easy to take and scrupulously avoiding obvious sources of irritation.

I recently read the FAQ about this film on IMDB and apparently:Does anyone know if the producers are actually going to let Doug Jones voice the Surfer or are they going to dub over his dialogue with some other actor (like they did when he played Abe Sapien in Hellboy)?
Surfer is half motion capture/Doug Jones, half/CGI.
And he's voiced by....Laurence Fishbourne, NOT Doug Jones. Although according to critics, Jones did a great job with the movements of Surfer.

Also, about the critics, (I mean their negative reactions) apparently some of these people are the same ones who gave a good review to the Nancy Drew movie. (56%)
Knowing that, I'd take what they say with a grain of salt.

What I'm really wondering about this movie (Can't wait to see it! Loved the first one!) is whether or not we'll actually get to see Galactus. One interview said we wouldn't, another interview said we would, but they've been tap-dancing around the question and no one's given a straight yes or no answer. It's possible that he'll simply be an unseen (or virtually unseen) threat like Sauron in Lord of the Rings, but I really hope he actually shows up, for the climax/final showdown if nothing else. I'm seriously curious how he would look in a movie (since his comics getup would look a bit ridiculous in live action).

I saw it too!! Liked it a lot, although in some ways the first one had more "zip" To it somehow, this was a darker, stronger story. The characters all interacted very well, and Michael Chiklis absolutely RULES as Thing.
Mild Spoilers.

Thanks, Dan!If you do, I hope you like it!

I also didn't mention yesterday how despite liking the film, the Surfer's VFX were just. so. bad. Even worse than in the trailers.
Apart from the Doug Jones motion capture scenes (which weren't even that much in the film) it was basically a CGI Surfer a la Terminator 2 zipping around on his surfboard. Why not just watch the Surfer cartoon from the 90's?
