Rather than going head-to-head, either The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything or Hood vs. Evil should take advantage of the mid-February release that served Disney sequels and Curious George well.

Can't wait for Kung-Fu Panda!! :D

American Dog and Mad 2 are also high up there....

I think WALE-E looks good too, but I'm mostly just curious to see how weird it will be...the "fat humans in floating chairs" thing so funny  , it already seems like our society.... :P
Plus for some reason every time I see the heavy character in the giant chair the Meet the Robinsons logo I think of WALE-E for some reason....weird....:P

(Got this from the front page!)

I wonder how American Dog "Sans Sanders" :D will come out?

Or "Hollywood Dog" or whatever they're calling it....I'm almost sure that's going to be the new title.

Vi, I thought of that fat guy in MTR when I first heard about WALL-E as well.

Needless to say, I think Disney's and Pixar's visions of the future are going to be quite different!

a bit early, eh? ;)

Well, here's a breakdown of what I'm exited for in 08! :)

Hood vs. Evil - loved the original, and seeing as this is getting a bigger budget, this should be a very promising sequel.

Horton Hears A Who - I'm a big fan of the book, so hopefully the movie is faithful.

Kung Fu Panda - what can I say? It looks cool and original!

Wall-E - looks cute, and I like the no dialogue (for some of the movie) risk factor!

American Dog - I don't know. I'll have to wait for more info.

Madagascar 2 - its a sequel!! And I loved the original!

Wall-E will rock.
American Dog could be good.
Others not.

Kung Fu Panda will rock.

I'm excited about the other films as well... but don't count out the Panda.

I must admit, from the images out there alone I'm very eager to learn more about Kung-Fu Panda. Here's hoping that the previews won't ruin my very good first impressions.

Wall-E sounds interesting, but I want to learn more about it... that will make the difference between "ugh" and "when is it coming out again?!" for me. :)

Sounds good, except for the Madagascar 2 part. Neh. Horton Hears a Who in that spot, methinks?

Is Horton going to be all CGI, and is it going to have a huge feature-sized budget?
