I might......get a game today......

Super Mario 64 for the DS! :)

Has anyone here ever played this, in either N-64 or N-DS?

BTW Dan, did you ever get Yoshi's Island?

I've played the N-64 version and it was a lot of fun! :D Hopefully the DS version fares just as well!

Sadly, no. You wouldn't believe it, but they were all sold out at every place!

However, I'm definetly getting it for my B-day! :D

Too bad! :( I think I actually saw it in several stores here (although it could have been the sequel to it.) Glad you're getting it for your birthday though! :) :)

(It's so cool because it sometimes even takes up both screens! )

Sounds like a great idea, Vi! :)

Btw, are you sure the game was called "Sonic Rules"? Just curious, because I have a game called "Sonic Rush" which is everything you said; awesome, and takes up both screens!

It would be cool, if it is! :P

Yeah my bad, that's the one Dan! :) I saw it today again.

I hope to get it eventually too.

Also, have you seen "Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: Attack of the Mini-Marios"? That looks so awesome!!! :D So cute. Then there's Mario and Luigi travel through time or something...?

Ahhhh, so much Mario, so little time!

It's like games have gotten bigger and more and more over the top/complicated/noisy/violent and someone says: "hey, what would happen if we bascially re-introduced something as simple as an Atari 2600?"
Y'know there's actually this book called Everything Bad is Good for You that tries to say that today's Gaming (the complex and hard games) make you smarter?? :?

Supposedly because you have to figure out all these strategies, plots and characters (and problems, solutions) that it engages your brain or something....:?

OK, I'll buy that, (and even the part about Tetris raising your IQ) but NOT the part that says these things are more effective than reading books!

I don't think so.....

Also, I plan to get (eventually) the ORIGINAL NES Super Mario Brothers (1985)--you can get it for Game Boy Advance so....

I got the two-fer Super Mario Bros 2/Classic Mario Bros Arcade, and although they're cool, it's not the one I wanted....:?

They don't have it in stores either. You have to order it on-line...

Soon! :)

Picky! J/k ;)

That stinks, that it wasn't the one you wanted, but glad you like it anyway!

Wonder why its online only. :? Still, I hope you do get it soon. ;)
