That trailer was the funniest thing ever!
Just ingenious. I LOVED seeing Chris Rock as well.
I think it's so cute, there's this element of self-parody like "Yeah, we get all these big stars together and just do whatever comes to mind..."
I also liked the "What's This?" Nightmare music.
Was this actually filmed...in the DW Glendale studio?

I read a comment on a message board by someone who thinks Bee Movie might have been stolen from Pixar's "Andre and Wally B" short from the 80's.
It seems quite doubtful to me as it was years ago and only six minutes long. It just goes to show that there are always going to be similar themes in animation.

Why, becuase they both feature bees? They don't look anything alike!
I guess they're also ripping off the Cars teaser, which had a bumblebee in it.

Interesting how there's a trailer for this at "Flushed Away", but no ad for "Shrek the Third", which comes out in just six months.

There weren't any Shrek 2 trailers or teasers until the February of that year. (2004)
Maybe they're fixing it up or something.

Not true.
I remember seeing the teaser for "Shrek 2" at "The Cat in the Hat" and "Elf".

Oh yeah...what was that, December 2003?
Oh wait, it didn't come to the INTERNET until like February 2004.

No, I think it did.
I didn't watch it on the internet, but I'm pretty sure it was there.

I remember seeing the trailer for Shrek 2 online. About a week or so later, a very short time after the film's release in theaters, I saw the trailer with Elf.

Bee Movie and Andre have NOTHING in common. False and totally redundant rumor.

BTW I can't believe this article. Whether or not you believe that it's true or not there has NEVER been any proof that DW does this, it's all rumors and heresay and one studio's word against another's. I guess this shows Wikepeida just isn't all that reliable after all....
I still can't believe this person wrote this....
