Been GAGGIN' to see some of this!

Wow! Have to say though, that it does look a lot like a Nightmare re-tread, at least visually.

That's no bad thing at all when that was as visually scrumptious as it was, but I hope it's not a case of trying to catch lightning in a bottle twice.

The new story does look promising though, and this looks like it might not be for little kiddie-winkies!!

Genius...I only hope it lives up to its expectations...

I love the animation... it just flows so beautifully... almost CGI-like... in a good way that is. I can't wait to see it. I hope it will be a break-out hit.

:D thank you for the welcome!!
there's just one thing?
Why is it that most people haven't even heard of this film before? why is spot motion so neglected? I simply love the animated-news website (I've been checking it everyday since I heard about it), but I was surprised to be the first person to send a link to the trailer!

Glad you gave us the link as I hadn't heard about this film before either!
What I saw makes me very eager to see this, as I love stop-motion animation immensely. :D Visually, it is absolutely stunning; very dark and eerie, in a Sleepy Hollow-esque way, and that's a very good thing. If the story is as good as the visuals insinuate, we are in for a treat!

Script has been around for 10 years. I read it back in 1996. It's been retooled of course, but it's an old Jewish folk tale.

I'm glad to see a forum where people don't try to tear this film apart trying to film out if it is just stop motion or if it has CG :D !
I think that it looks beautiful, and all I want is some proper inspiration like this film to get me going... I don't want to know if the main character left leg is CG.

We've actually posted on this several times before!

The link was posted in to us on the form submission page by three or four people, but I guess you were the one who's link was picked up first!

As I say above... I simply can't wait!! :)

The more I see of this the more I wanna see it. Unfortunatly, no one else in my family wants to see it so I'm roundin' up a bunch of freinds instead.

I really love the Bride's designs, especially that she resembles Helena Bonham Carter so much. She has the same underfed, skanky look she had in Fight Club. (I mean that in a good way! )
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!
