Favorite voice actors

Post by PixarVixen » April 16th, 2006, 12:20 am

I've been in a hype over Spencer Fox these past few months. You know him as the voice of Dash and possibly Wilbur Robinson, or whoever...I'm still not sure. He's my favorite voice actor, along with almost everyone else who was in The Incredibles.

Does anyone else have a favorite voice actor?

Patrick Warburton, who I find great in every role he plays (especially Kronk). I also like Estelle Harris & Corey Burton for the various animated roles they have played.

Pat Warburton is great, though his quick little cameos are becoming MUCH too samey.

Kronk is a great way for him to shine, but it's pretty much a one-act deal with him.

Corey Burton is just amazing in the variety of roles he has tackled. :)

Interesting...

Oz isn't really a "voice over guy", since he actually articulates the puppet and "performs" through it, but I don't know how else you could describe him.

Nowadays, since he became a director, Piggy and Fozzie are voiced and performed by other people (Fozzie no-where near as well).

I love all the Muppeteers! :)

He did voices for a few characters in movies, too - Like Monsters Inc.

Hmm...Refresh my memory. What is one character he's done a voice for? I know I've seen his name a million times, but no one is coming to mind.

Corey Burton did the voice of Dale in Chip N Dale's Rescue Rangers.

My favorite voice artist is, without a doubt, Rob Paulson. Favorite RP role? Digerie Dingo (sp?) from the underrated series Taz-Mania.

Dan Castellaneta. "D'oh!"

"I'm not out of order, you're out of order! The whole freakin' system is out of order! Because when you reach over and put your hand into a pile of goo that was your best friend's face, you'll know what to do! Forget it, Marge, it's Chinatown!"

:)
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Well, he played Captain Hook in Return to Neverland (and wherever else you'd see Captain hook nowadays). But just look at imdb for the list of over 150 Disney projects he has been a part of.

Well Seth Macfarlane is a wizard at doing so many voices in Family Guy. Also stand out roles for me are of course Patrick Warburton as Kronk and the terrific Vincent Price as Prof. Rattigan. He just nailed that character perfectly.

Yes! He is a brilliant man and a talented voice actor. He's not such a bad singer either. He can really hit those high notes.

Of all the characters he plays, Stewie is my favorite. Sometimes the things he says catch me off guard, but those usually end up being the best lines. Haha.

That really disappoints me. I thought it was Frank Oz in those Miss Piggy commercials.

Also from what I understand, he only spoke for her in Muppets From Space. (one of my favorite films) :( He didn't perform her though. :?

But I did recently find out that he did a voice in Monsters Inc! I forgot his character's name but he was Randall's whimpy assistant with the three eyes. :)

Ooh, ooh, Ben Stein always makes me laugh. He has such a funny voice.

"Beuller....

Beuller....

Beuller...."
