I wouldn’t mind a Blu for RR.

They already tested the waters with shows so anything's possible!

Hilariously low numbers for TR. Averaging less than ten tickets sold per theater.

As disney has done almost no marketing for this what did they expect. I know people who didn't even know it was out.
80s they had tons of ads on tv, mcdonalds kids meals and merch for rereleases. Now? One shared trailer and call it a day.

This all could be just Disney playing nice with theatres after a few years of upsetting them.

Re: Disney Pixar's Turning Red
We’re even getting Red here in the UK, with a fairly big promo push, weirdly, and quite a bit of TV exposure. Seems they may be issuing the other two too, but in a different order to the US. This week is a kids school holiday, so it makes sense, though it’s looking like a very wet week here, so many of them could also quite easily stay and watch it at home…

Even a re-release would get attention back in the 90s, but here, it's treated with the "DONE that!" afterthought of another Fathom Studio Ghibli fest.
FWIW, Mei and Mom at least got some West Coast (no Epcot Canada, sorry) park representation for Lunar New Year:

Fixed 90s for ya.
Main problem is that back then, the reissues were not instantly available on TV *everyday*. As soon as they came to VHS that itself killed off the reissue business, hence the remakes we get instead now. I have no idea what they were thinking in putting these three into cinemas after basically *just being released* and still available on TV, let alone running one of them on free TV that same week! I’m still surprised they made dollar one!

We tried to go see it last night at our local theater, but the manager had cancelled the show as they hadn't sold a single ticket for any of the show that day. It was replaced by another movie whose show at the same time had sold out. I was very disappointed.

Re: Disney Pixar's Turning Red
In america almost no ads at all. A single trailer with all three movies and they called it a day.
Big shock it didn't even make the top 5. Again, I know people who didn't even know it was out. Disney has done an awful job of marketing these last two years. What is wrong with them?

Re: Disney Pixar's Turning Red
Must be a contractual thing, or at least a "favor" to Pete Docter to make up for shoving all his product onto D+ and to have "legitimised" them as theatrical releases outside of the super-limited awards contention runs. I can’t think of any other reason these have been dumped in the no-gross Jan/Feb corridor with minimal publicity. The play never made any sense.
