I can understand from a business point of view removing titles that weren't made directly for the service - sometimes it's about a contract but what I don't understand is yanking products made specifically for that service. I just don't think it builds trust in the brand if service specific products are capable of disappearing without an alternate option. (i.e. physical release)

Xactly. That’s what I was alluding to above. I don't see how this makes sense unless they are specifically licensing these for other channels or physical release, but even then the "allure" of premiering on D+ is faded since they’re obviously not good enough to stay on there…
