Dave Filoni has became the Chief Creative Officer of Lucasfilm. He will now work more directly with Kathleen Kennedy to oversee the next generation of Star Wars shows & movies.

Either this is a desperate Kennedy lining up support from within, or this is Iger providing her with the kind of creative "encouragement" that slowly diminishes her role until Filoni is basically running the whole show. Change is afoot…
