I saw the trailer had "Hoodwinked", and I have to say that I was more or less impressed. This at least looks like it will be entertaining for what it is.

Yeah. I probably wouldn't shell out ten bucks for it (I'm saving to see Happy Feet in 3-D, anyway), but I might give it a shot at a second-run theater. 50 cents on Monday, woo!

"Happy Feet" will be in 3-D?
Or are you joking?

I hear a lot of "They are copying/ripping off Madagascar" but that is not true at all. Although Madagascar came out in theaters first, production started on this first. The Wild is not copying Madagascar.
Overall, I think it will be a pretty good movie (it certainly looks better than Over the Hedge, Monster House & Happy Feet).

Hey, don't worry about it.
Too bad I don't have an IMAX Theater near me.

The closest one by me is a half an hour drive.

For me, it's at least two hours. Probably longer.

Though I mentioned it goinglive the other week or so, the site went through some changes and was delayed. It's now online but may disappear. Trailer formats needed work, etc. Click
HERE You can only watch the trailer right now - or download it!

Those alligators remind me of the hyenas from The Lion King.

On a note of interest, "The Wild" just got a G rating. Is anyone else a little surprised? I mean, the trailer had a lot of jokes involving the koala hurting his crotch.

I mean that America is the only country that would give a PG stamp or something else than a G stamp for a koala hurting his crotch
