Yes, all north Am.
I can’t do it here as I think it’s still Movie Rewards for one thing (if even that is still going), and my D+ account is naturally UK-centric.

Just US and Canada, actually. Not Mexico or Central America or the Caribbean generally, but for some exceptions.
US territories are included, so Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands are eligible.

Well, okay, Mr Perninicky! I meant the States of the United States and Canada aka as far as the UK is concerned, North America (as shorthand for basically saying the US mainland and Canada).

Re: Disney Movie Rewards
Ah. When you quite specifically said ALL of North Am, it, um, srongly implied all of North Am--- which has 23 countries in it. Not two. And that doesn't include over two dozen non-sovereign territories.
I know, I know... residents of the US and Canada oddly do the same thing, but it's crazy when you think about it. 21 countries is hardly a trivial thing.
And one might guess that Perninicky must be the UK version of Persnickety. Except, it's not. My research says it is actually "pernickety" in the UK.

Likely a typo based on history. Yeah, we've been through this before, who knew?

You did, of course. We still don't really know why.

Gawd, you’re ALL pernickety! AND persnickety!
Anyway, I was referring to Mr Perninicky! Totally different character!
And…Eric…"the 20's" what…?
And a MEEEERRRRY CHRIIIIISTMAS, MEEERRRY CHRIIIIIISTMAS, to one and all from "the future"!
