Well, nice to see those dinos enjoying the brisk climate of the snowy Sierras, as they always do...
Seriously, think this may have had origins in that abandoned "JP: Ice Age" script that was floated instead of Jurassic III.
And speaking of JP3, look, there's Harrison Ford!...Oh, no, wait, it's Sam Neill, coming back for the 30th-anniversary franchise class-reunion, just like he did the LAST time a third JP movie had to make us forget the crappy second one.
They had me at parasaurolophus. I am back on board the JP train. I've gone from whatever I guess I'll see it in the theatres since I've seen the others there. To I am definitely seeing it in the cinemas.
I love that they have the dinos in the cold to support the current idea that they were more likely to be endothermic than ectothermic. And I am loving the feathers appearing as more than just the tokenistic. Although is that meant to be an archaeopteryx (which will make my day) or are they trying to say since escaping the dinos have evolved the feather covering since none of theones we have seen in JW so far have had that much covering.
Why make the movie?--As long as it's selling the 30th-anniversary Cast Reunion for Boomer marketing, why not just shoot the Empire/Vanity Fair cover and leave it at that?
I guess some of us would like conclusion to the 'cliffhanger' of dinosaurs living amongst us or at least explore what that would look like. Even if I think it's a stupid plot, the story does need closure.
"The culmination of two franchises"? Why does everything have to be a shared universe thesedays? This isn’t a "culmination"…Park and World is the same franchise! And we even already know that more is coming…!

Really? I thought they were just quickly hushing up everything that happened in Fallen Kingdom, and repurposing that unused "JP: Ice Age" script they were playing around with before we got JP3.
Still, an end is an end--Like Deadpool says, can't stop after #2, they'll think you "broke" the franchise.

Grumble…grumble…marketing…grumble…
The only way I will accept it as a culmination of two franchises is if we get an Avengers style scene of all the children from the previous 5 movies haha.
