Oscar Contest 2022
Animated Views is giving away $50 worth of movies — your choice of either an Amazon gift card or a Fandango gift card — during our 18th Annual Oscar Event! All you have to do is predict who is going to win at the 94th Annual Academy Awards (to be held on Sunday, March 27th, and televised on ABC). The person with the most correct picks will win!
Log into your Animated Views Forum account to play. Not a forum member? Registration is free and easy so why not sign-up now! You never have to actually use the forum if you don't want to. We never give away or sell any of your information. And other than a message to confirm your address (and another if you win!), we do not send any emails to forum members.
Make your prediction in each category using this form. All entries must be received by Friday, March 25th at 11:59pm ET. One entry per person please. If you send more than one entry, only the first one received will be counted.

Yup. My oldest was three years old when we started this site. Now she's 21 and about to move out! We're getting old!

I think you, me, and Randall all had a "3" at the beginning of our ages when we started, and those are creeping up on "5"s!

It’s been a great 18 years!
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

I hit that "5" two years ago! Sheesh.
Thanks for being with us this whole time, Vi! You're certainly part of the family.

I've still got a few months left to enjoy my "4"!
Vi, you shouldn't have chimed in -- now you've outed yourself as part of the getting old club!

Thank you James! This is always fun! (More fun than watching the Oscars any more, truth be told ...)

Re: Oscar Contest 2022
I'm still tossing up between voting like I'm the Academy or do I just vote for what/who will make me happy if they win regardless of if they actually deserve it.

Re: Oscar Contest 2022
That was my thought too. It’s such a cointoss this year, I’m thinking that I may "vote" for who I would vote for, or who I’d like to see win, since even the usual surefire bets aren’t always panning out. I mean, Power Of The Dog was unstoppable going in, but other titles keep getting the oddest nods and wins elsewhere.

I stink at this every year but enjoy guessing anyway.
