I'm looking forward to this. I wonder if we will get an actual villain, or it will be more like Moana and Frozen II

Sorta catchy song, although feels a little repetitive. Hopefully the song in its entirety isn't as much.

Aw, I was hoping for another song like the 50th vid. Still, very nice.

That was nice. Simple and nice. Kind of would be pretty neat if that whole thing was the opening WDAS logo for the eventual feature, actually.

And in some places of the world there is someone working in home entertainment freaking out because they had Raya as the 60th one due to including The Wild in their list of official Disney animated canon. Haha

Nope: where The Wild is counted, they knock out Dinosaur.

Re: Disney's Encanto!
The issue with the UK count is actually omitting Winnie the Pooh from the list for some reason, so now Encanto will be labeled as the 59th film... Maybe the UK will get a different version without the special logo like they got a different version of Zootopia.

How weird! Apart from the Dino/Wild swap, I never noticed that they dropped the newer Pooh from the list. That’s pretty bonkers. Very much doubt they will have a different logo for the same-titled film, though.

I guess they classified it with all the other quick B-animated non-classic McPooh theatrical movies we got in the 00's, like Tigger's, Piglet's, and the Heffalump's.

Really? Wow! I had no idea that swap occurred. At least Dinosaur feels like a Disney movie. I enjoyed The Wild but it didn't feel like a Disney movie then or now.
And poor new Pooh! I'll admit I never watched the other related titles like The Tigger Movie, but the new Pooh was short, sweet, and enjoyable. And I never get tired of listening to the Backson Song. It definitely doesn't deserve to be dropped from the canon just so home marketing department can keep up with the US numbering.

Well, these reviews sound promising (read the reviews, not the "score").

Timeless? Less meta? Great tunes? Unique and original? Sounds good to me!
On the other hand, while American reviews generally seem to love it, top papers in Canada and the UK (perhaps more discerning?) didn't care for it, and it sounds like a lot of familiar ground is covered. Which is typical these days. Anyone wanting truly original animated features needs to focus on films from Asia and Europe.
Regardless, it looks like yet another decent-to-good one. I look forward to checking it out for myself.
