The original "Garbage Pail Kids" series was from the 80s and never aired in the US due to protests:



An atrocity one might say. That has to be one of the worst and laziest theme songs! It tells you nothing. The first half doesn't even use any of the main characters. About what you would expect from something with "Garbage" in its name.

After my sister was a Cabbage Patch fan, I have always had a morbid curiosity to see the Garbage Pail Movie, though it’s apparently quite gross and crass. That’s not unexpected, but I’ve never got around to it.

While I haven't watched a Nostalgia Critic video in years (to put it nicely, his recent work is terrible), the old school ones from back in the day tended to be pretty funny, including the episode in which he non-ironically declared this the worst movie he had ever reviewed.
