Re: Official Star Wars Thread
Yeah...it’s a strange logo, since they only use "mask" characters, so no-one major, 3PO aside, and the music sooo just about wants to launch into a phrase from Williams' Force Theme, but doesn’t. There’s two notes where this would start and actually work with what they’ve done, but it doesn’t happen. I sing it in every time anyway, but it’s another example of where things don’t quite reach that potential.

Mando Season 3 will start as soon as "The Book of Boba Fett" ends. That should be enough time to catch-up. Only watched the first season and didn't think much of it.

Didn’t think mucho of Mando? With you there pal, and it doesn’t get much better second time around.
Kinda looking forward to the Bloba Fatt show (seriously, he put on some bounty pounds while in that sarlaac, which is supposed to be, what, six months or a year before?), but I’ve a feeling all this same old same old Star Wars stuff is going to get very same old very quickly.

This rumour has been making news this week: The Star Wars Detours comedy CGI series may finally be getting shown on Disney+. Could it be coming on May 4? Seems likely.

I’m just hoping Rupert Friend keeps his accent in Kenobi. If there’s one thing modern Star Wars and Mandalorian is missing it’s the old-style British accents that just makes Star Wars feel Star Wars.

New Star Wars Halloween special "LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales" coming to Disney+ October 1st:
Sounds like Tales from Vader's Castle comic. Could be fun, although wasn't really a fan of the Crimbo special.
Disney Media and Entertainment wrote:“LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales” features a talented voice cast that includes Jake Green as Poe Dameron; Raphael Alejandro as Dean; Dana Snyder as Graballa the Hutt; Tony Hale as Vaneé; Christian Slater as Ren; Trevor Devall as Emperor Palpatine; Mary Elizabeth McGlynn as NI-L8; and Matt Sloan as Darth Vader. David Shayne is writer and executive producer, and the director is Ken Cunningham. James Waugh, Josh Rimes, Jacqui Lopez, Jill Wilfert, Keith Malone and Jason Cosler are executive producers. “LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales” is produced in collaboration with Atomic Cartoons.
After the events of “The Rise of Skywalker,” Poe and BB-8 must make an emergency landing on the volcanic planet Mustafar where they meet the greedy and conniving Graballa the Hutt who has purchased Darth Vader’s castle and is renovating it into the galaxy’s first all-inclusive Sith-inspired luxury hotel. While waiting for his X-Wing to be repaired, Poe, BB-8, Graballa, and Dean (a plucky and courageous young boy who works as Graballa’s mechanic) venture deep into the mysterious castle with Vader’s loyal servant, Vaneé. Along the way, Vaneé shares three creepy stories linked to ancient artifacts and iconic villains from across all eras of Star Wars. As Vaneé spins his tales and lures our heroes deeper into the shadowy underbelly of the castle, a sinister plan emerges. With the help of Dean, Poe and BB-8 will have to face their fears, stop an ancient evil from rising, and escape to make it back to their friends.

But the company's own logo is in all caps. Apparently, that's how they like it. No one said that it's an acronym.
You need to let that go, man.

Yeah…and he should know!
(Many logos are in caps…but that’s not how you use the word in everyday writing. And the Lego thing is only recently. It was always just Lego. It’s just another example of humankind becoming dumb and dumber and following the sheep as they see things presented and just copy that, as opposed to knowing better and what is right and correct, which seems to have gone out the window nowadays, along with the letter g.)
