They want to know what you think off the dub. Most folks hate the narrator.

I've tried to post comments three times and can't get anything, so I'll post them here:

There's already a wacky narrator in the original, and does do occasional fourth-wall gags--
It's the dubber's PANIC that they feel they "have" to cram gags in that's the slippery slope we're trying to avoid (and why the "Shin-chan" comparisons have been thick and heavy on all the fan boards)...Not quite CN's obnoxious "Lupin III", and definitely not "Samurai Pizza Cats", but more in the Pokemon Team Rocket neighborhood that can be abused too easily.
We've been pushing the votes to make sure Funi doesn't think they need to "sell" it to us just to get a broadcast deal--We're quite fans of it already, thank you, and we're just waiting for whatever concessions get us the subtitles.
(And without a rotten dub sabotaging the DVD sales, like it did for Pioneer and Lupin III.)

Also, Funi's dub goes overboard in giving Keroro a "Hopeless geek" voice, rather than the right balance of "Too overenthusiastic for his own good" that ADV's test dubs had--
Otherwise, the supporting voices for Giroro and Kururu are good enough, just...we don't need the rewritten names either.
Just give us a little credit, Funi, that's all we're asking!

(The original subbed episode, BTW, for comparison:
