Here's a screenshot from the film.

You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

I think we all guessed the mickey's musketeer thing, but I'm still looking for that fourth one

and I looked everywhere for the answer (even on jimhill ) and I have no idea who it is!!
Michael Eisner? Roy disney? Horace Horsecollar? I have no idea Vi!!
and I'm guessing the year is 2004

It's not a quote
from The Three Musketeers (I've just watched it again, to make sure).
I think
ShyViolet has said this was a line originally
intended for the Mickey-Donald-Goofy DTV project .. but which was eventually used in something else.
Right ..

Yes, this doesn't really count (Vi trying to be too clever) since it's from the bonus features on that disc.
Jeroen has actually got it among his guesses, so this this is suspect I am going to adjudicate and let him have it.
You're up Jeroen...

So who was it? Eisner or Roy?
Here's my quote:
Mix these mixed nuts, I see two almonds touching!

Sorry about that, just trying to be "original" I guess.
BTW, it was Eisner. I wouldn't quote Roy.

(I don't approve of many of his decisions/actions, as many people here already know.

)
I think DisneyToons partially animated (or storyboarded?) Eisner jumping in trying to be "the fourth musketeer" at the end of the film in an "awkward" way while Mickey, Donald, and Goofy look a bit "uncomfortable" and nervous.

Would have been hilarious!!
Eisner laughed at it but said: "You do know there's know way that's going in, right?"
Also, the year is
2003.

Very original!

Oh... sorry Guys and Gals - this quote seemed to be so hard that for so long time nobody answered and I simply forgot about that one

Yeah, which doesn't help very much.
