We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story DVD?

Post by danfrandes » December 26th, 2006, 4:16 pm

Is there any chance that "We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story" will be released on DVD?

Mmm...there is a possibility. Actually, I'm rather surprised that this film hasn't been released on dvd yet -- it sure has been out long enough. Perhaps it wasn't (or isn't) that popular for a dvd release?

I used to watch that film constantly when I was young, which is surprising, considering that it scared me to bits. I think the fact that it stared dinosaurs -- and what kid doesn't love dinosaurs? -- drew me to it. :P

And welcome to the boards, danfrandes!

I loved that movie as a kid!!
it seems to be forgotten over time, when you do a search on it you hardly find anything useful.

I've been searching for the soundtrack for years now, that movie had an amazing score.

Yes it did!!! :) I especially loved the music from the "wish radio" scene!
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

I think the movie was only released to DVD in the UK, not in the US.

I'll believe the 1.85 anamorphic when I see it, but otherwise great! There's hope for the Tails and Balto yet! :)

Oh cool. I liked this movie when I was a kid. Well, I probably liked anything with dinosaurs after Jurassic Park. I might pick this one up.

Hm, I got this on VHS. Don't know if I need to upgrade, but I certainly saw this enough times as a kid! :)

It's out now, if anyone's interested. I saw it at Target today.

I'm not really going to bother upgrading from my VHS though. I liked it as a kid, but it isn't something that held up over time (for me anyway).
