Ben - It's going to rock some
socks, Ben.
Daniel Jake - You can say that again. I might just have to change my ways and say "good-bye Finding Nemo" after
Ratatouille is released. However, you never know! My love for
Finding Nemo may never diminish, even though I love rats to death.
Yeah, I have heard some early reviews on previous screenings of
Ratatouille, and -- from the sound of it -- the film is fantastic; some say that it even out-rivals
Finding Nemo. But who's talking?

Daniel Jake - Nuh-uh. I can only have one love in my life. (snigger)
But yeah, we shall see, indeed. I still think that a new
Ratatouille trailer will either be released on December 29th or sometime in January. It's just gotta!
For one thing: It has been six months since we last got to see the first
Ratatouille teaser trailer, which was on the ninth of June, when
Cars was released. Surely, it will be time for another trailer soon....
And for another thing: I want it.

Daniel Jake - Heehee -- people call me "weird" for a reason.
(snigger) And yep -- I
really want that trailer. I want it so bad that I check the official
Ratatouille site daily to make sure that nothing has been added that I don't know about. Heck, I used to watch the teaser three times a day when it first came out.... *cracks up*
Ben - Ahh...it's an old saying that some friends of mine used to say on a website that I used to go to. "Rock your/some socks" = the thing is (or will be) great beyond expectations.
Are you sure that a trailer won't come before
"Robinsons"? Because the Superbowl may hold some promises....

I'd expect something to come out earlier than Robinsons as well - isn't MTR relaesed only 3 months before Rat anyway?
Then again, you've been right before, Ben. We'll just have to wait and see.

I believe that
Meet the Robinson will be released sometime in March, which is only three months before
Ratatouille -- well...four months, if you count the month of March itself, but who's counting?
Yeah, I definitely think that we should see a new trailer before then. But, like you said, Mr.
Ben could be right.

Ha! "Mr. Bean". That's a good one.
And you're welcome.
From the looks of it,
Ratatouille will have some competition at the box office. I think that
The Simpsons Movie will be released at least one or two days before
Ratatouille's debut. Hopefully, this won't cut the rat's audience by a considerable amount....

Don't even think about it. I have access to the banning hotline...
Yes, look for something cool around Superbowl, but the official trailer will hit with Robinsons.

Ben - Oh, no no, Ben. Don't worry -- I never have and never will go that far. Heck, I have never been banned from a website once, so you have nothing to worry about.
But...the "Mr. Bean" thing is still funny....

(snigger)
------------------
And I
still say that an official trailer will hit the theaters before "Robinson" comes out -- I am determined to see a new trailer before March of 2007.
But hey, you're the boss, Ben. And you're probably right....

I was joking.
I'm guessing we'll see a new sort of teaser come Superbowl, and then a proper 2:30 trailer with Robinsons and then perhaps a revision of that about a month before the June release.
Though look for Pirates 3 to get a LOT of Disney's marketing spend during the high-profile ad blitzing. After all, they're going to: a) want to show they can do it again; b) not screw this one up since there are more sequels to be made; and c) show that it hasn't all been a fluke and try to hit even bigger numbers with this third one.
