The first one I recall hearing reported in Japan to be Miyazaki's 'last film' was Porco Rosso .. back in 1992!!

This weekend at the american box office we get three animated movies out the same week and two are anime movies!
Luca with $5 tickets, boy and the heron rerelease and this one--

Why did Miyazaki sell Studio Ghibli to Nippon instead of an overseas company?

I actually do know someone who is "packaging" a movie at the moment, and their last stop is WB. And they’re not the only ones…
