In an effort to bring you the latest in what’s happening in the animation world in a more timely manner, we’re changing our news format. For over a decade we’ve given you a list of links to other sites with a quick blurb summarizing the news itself. Now we’re switching to a headline only format. This will hopefully allow our news posters to get more links to you in less time.
We’re also working on a few new ways we can comment on the news so you can continue to get our view, so be on the lookout for that soon. And there are even bigger things in store for Animated Views on the horizon that we look forward to sharing with you!

News format change
Hey guys! We've changed our news posting format. We've been a little too slow posting news for awhile and we're hoping this will speed up the process and increase our output. Here's the front page announcement:

It's great! Very impressed with the new format!
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

We're glad to hear it, Vi!

Re: News format change
I like it and I don't. Maybe some of the bigger, more substantial items done in the old way followed by other news as the new format lists it? In other words, some headliners followed by "lesser" news.

Don't worry, TT. The big, big stories will still have our old format, and there are other changes on the way that will bring back some comment too. Stay tooned!

Re: News format change
Yep, headline news is here to stay but lots of changes are coming, some of which will hopefully plug holes we may have caused with the news update.
