One Man Band
It was so nice to see One Man Band after hearing about it for so long.
For those of you who don't know what it's about, One Man Band is the latest Pixar short that runs in front of Cars. In it, a little girl, Tippy, wanders a courtyard holding a gold coin that she wishes to throw into the fountain. She gets interrupted and distracted by 2 street performers, Bass and Treble, who are playing several instruments at once. They both compete for her only gold coin in a stunning display of musical combat.

You're right about The Incredibles doing wonders for facial expressions, especially with Dash.
And while One Man Band was very good, it doesn't beat Knick Knack for me. And nothing can take Jack-Jack Attack's slot on my list, unless another Incredibles short is made. Heehee. I know I'm usually biased towards that movie, but I don't care.
Still, thumbs up to One Man Band.

I know you can't compare shorts with full-length movies. I guess I am just a little bit disappointed with Cars, or was I expecting too much?
One Man Band, IMO, is better than Boundin'. (Two shorts with music in a row! Yeah!) But For The Birds is no doubt the best short ever from Pixar! Btw, does anyone else also think the "teeth man" (the old man who said 'you're gonna help me find my teeth') in Meet the Robinsons trailer looks like the old man in Geri's Game? If MTR is from Pixar, that's totally understandable (they did it in TS2 already), but MTR is a Disney production. The clips they have done so far are probably done before the acqusition of Pixar, so seeing a Pixar shorts character in MTR seems a little odd to me.

in a roll > in a row
Sorry for my bad English.

"One Man Band" is one of the best Pixar shorts ever. It's tied with "Boundin'" as my favorite.
Plus, the animation style was really nice. I could see them doing an entire movie like that, set in the same time period.
