Why not just spin Warners off to somewhere else completely, then? Outside of Looney Tunes and DC, what is there? Potter? Okay, but that’s currently tarnished. Matrix? Ditto. Lethal Weapon? Gibson's back in moviejail, or at least only on day release. Everything else is pretty much shared with Roadshow, having their own problems at the moment.
WB should be gangbusters and massive, but they never started streaming properly and keep fudging everything. Just sell it off already! Bugs would be happy to meet up with Mickey again, I’m sure…

“Aww, poor fella.”
“Yeah, ain’t I stinker?”

“Yeah, ain’t I stinker?”

You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Well, GOT maybe. And that’s an HBO thing.
But LOTR is now split with MGM/Amazon, and Warners' attempt to spin it off with the recent anime film didn’t really work out for them, did it…?

But Peter Jackson is going to make more live-action LOTR films.

Re: Looney tunes return to the big screen in new animated film!
I saw The Day The Earth Blew Up for a second time, today .. the first animated film I've done that for, in quite awhile (though, throughout the 1990s & 2000s I used to see almost every animated film in theaters three times or more!) .. it was definitely just as enjoyable, even with now knowing some of its plot twists.
This time, I took it in at the Universal Citywalk AMC theaters -- which had it on one screen (out of 20), but at least with showtimes throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening hours. There were about 20 people in the audience .. all adults .. but that was more than 'half-capacity' for the smallish theater it was in, which was 32 seats.
The AMC 30-plex in Burbank (Burbank!! the home town of Warner Bros!) does still have it .. but on only one screen, with one showtime per day; 7PM only.

"Since the streamer prioritizes adult and family programming, kiddie programming such as Looney Tunes and Sesame Street was no longer viewed as a priority."
Kiddie!? He really doesn't know or get WB's own history, let alone Looney Tunes history, or what he has, do he?

Pathetic, really. Maybe those gangster films shown with Looney Tunes cartoons back in the day were "kiddie" too?

I fail to see how these don’t fall into the "family" category anyway, at least! So bizarre.

Looney tunes were aimed at adults more than kids and sesame street has merch aimed at adults who watched it, so he has no clue what the heck he is talking about.

Re: Looney tunes return to the big screen in new animated film!
Warner Bros has already torn down the building where all of the modern Looney Tunes were made, a couple years ago -- in fact, they also tore-down the entire Warner Bros 'Ranch' auxillary studio facility, along with it -- which included landmark outdoor sets like the fountain from Friends and (most sadly) the exterior set of the I Dream of Jeannie house .. and countless other recognizable sitcom 'neighborhood streets' sets -- which had stood .. and had continued to be used .. for literally decades.
All to make way for a few spiffy brand-new soundstages, to compete with its neighbor Universal Studios .. who'd also erected some new giant soundstages, a couple years prior.
Soundstages which may see only light use, at best, thanks to local production flight from the L.A. area.
----------------
The original Cartoon Network building in downtown Burbank was also gutted, a couple years ago .. and the massive CN logo removed from its top .. though, at least the building itself still stands (empty).
The bulk of Cartoon Network's creatives has long been -- (and still is, AFAIK) -- based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Apparently, WB consolidated what remains of Cartoon Network's Burbank employees with the displaced Warner/DC Animation crew that had been booted from the Ranch .. and put them in a much smaller office facility, somewhere well away from the main studio (in Glendale, I think..?)
