Here's a pretty cool comparison of sorts for "Red Hot Riding Hood". Starts out with an old, unrestored clip and then moves onto the Archive print. What a difference! The color, clarity... amazing!

Thorough review. Look at them screenshots! Sounds like Warner Archive has done Tex good.

Jerry Beck talks about the release in this weeks Warner Archive podcast. Essentially what I've already posted, though still very much worth a listen. The MGM Happy Harmonies gets name-dropped a few times but nothing definitive. Cartoon selection was based on the quality of available elements. And a second Volume is likely.

Got my copy on Tuesday and have already watched it all! Simply incredible. The sound and quality will make anyone dance with glee. :D

No. We are still planning to release several DVD/blu-ray cartoon sets later this year. But coronavirus closures have affected production. I’ll be announcing more news about this very soon.
Nice to know more is being planned, though time will tell as to how much comes to market this year.
