I love your icon! *hugs Stitch* Looks like Stitch has a glitch. Haha. He's one of my favorite cartoon characters.

I made a post earlier about Cars merchandise, but it was sooo long ago. Rather than have you search for it, I'll just say it again.

Disney Stores will introduce their exclusive Cars merchandise on May 25th. You won't be able to find anything other than books for now.

Also, the soundtrack doesn't come out until June 6th.

WOW. may 25th... thts soooooo far away (well no really but i kinda want to get some stuff sooon) i wished they realeased the soundtrack sooner also. i think that it would help promote the film (no like they have eneaugh promoting already with the disney parade behind them) but i think it might help. even the slightest bit can help alot. and thanks for tha compliment i tried to make it look like my sig had a glitch to match stich. i'll have to work on it some more. i love dash too. sheesh i havent been here for more than a couple of hours and i've already found someone i like alot! thanks pv!

Awww. *hugs* Always nice to make new friends.

Yeah, it stinks that they won't release anything too early before the release of the movie.

The only other thing I can think of if you really want some toys or something is to check out cereal boxes. I know Corn Pops and Cocoa Krispies have figures of the Cars characters. I have Sally, and recently I got Mater (Yay!).

Those aren't the only things you can find though. Certain other prizes can be found or sent away for that are in cereal and snack boxes. I also made a previous post about that. You can always use the search option to locate it. Try typing in "Kelloggs".

I love them cocoa crispies! i want some! more reason for me to go out shopping tommorow! (as if dont have eneough stuff alreay)
oh and i was just thinking about the new disney logo. i hope they dont make any drastic changes by the way. will we see anyhtinh new for cars? new pixar logo perhaps? all i know is that the new disney one comes out for POTC2.

I don't think they'll have a new logo for Cars. It would be too soon for that.

OMG Last night Brandon and I were discussing the WP and I totally woke up this morning with that excited feeling like it was Christmas or something.

I'm sooooo excited!

One thing we were talking about was whether or not the Pixar crew/voice cast would be very sociable with the fans. That's why we're willing to get there 6 hours early if necessary so we can try to spot someone.

The soundtrack is available for pre-order on Itunes, AG. There's also a very cool Cars video podcast.

As for merchandise, Energizer is selling a lot of Cars stuff, and there are free toys in their battery packs. My mom got me the Mater on the other day and it's awesome!

Yeah. While Lasseter didn't seem to realize what he was saying, Jobs was a bit too harsh.

Disney's going to spoil this entire movie for me!

Last night, I was watching "Treasure Planet", and there were these two sneak peeks for "Cars" with a lot of footage I hadn't seen before, including stuff from a racing sequence.

Dang!
