Actually I found the shot of Linguini talking the weakest - I don't know - maybe It's just his voice - I imagined him sound other way, or maybe it's something with lisync (or even face animation). But overally they're all great shots, and the animation and visual style is top notch. I love Remy's expressions, gestures and poses - he's so adorable :) And that shot with "evil cook" grabing linguini's hat is amazing :)
I hope that new HD trailer is really close :)

You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Nice that you've mentioned it JV :) Yes - I noticed that hint too while watching that ABC behind-the-scenes material :) As far as I remember he always wanted to make live action movies and it clearly corresponds with his "animation is not a genre" mantra. Thanks for the link :) Interesting chunk of speculation there :)

Well this is "exciting" and certainly paves the way for Andrew Stanton to director the John Carter Of Mars projects, if this isn't what Bird is eyeing.

Hmmmm.... Pixar guys now taking over Disney live-acton tentpoles...!?

It's like Troy never happened. ;)

I'm also loving the character design of Ratatouille,
especially the design of Skinner, the head chef. He's so interesting to look at
