I think they should re-tool this and turn it into an interwoven story of automobiles in Los Angeles...

"Cars Crash" ;)

How about, "Good Night, and Good Truck"?

Okay, I can see where this thread is headed, and I'm powerless to resist. And with that, the best movie of all time, the animated/live-action combo:

CARS ON A PLANE!!

"Damn these automobiles!" ;)

Another executive described "the film's race-car-themed story line and folksy soundtrack, featuring songs by Sheryl Crow and Brad Paisley, as the perfect antidote to (gay cowboy movie) Brokeback Mountain for more conservative red-state audiences."

Er, why even put the two movies in the same sentence? They probably have NOTHING in common, and besides, by the time "Cars" finally comes out, no one will be talking about "Brokeback Mountain" anymore.
Nothing in common ? Hmmm... Well... I don't know details of characters relationships and their true sexual preferences/orientation, but musical theme of Cars (playing on Cars website: www.carsthemovie.com) somehow resembles Brokeback Mountain nostalgic theme by Gustavo Santaolalla ;)

Ok, so what are the odds that a Pizza Planet truck makes an appearance in this film? Surely it's a given? I'm still hoping to see a cameo from Herbie but I don't see it happening. Shame.

I'd like a cameo of Herbie. Or, even better, a car voiced by Lindsay Lohan. :D

Lindsay Lohan needs to stop being in Disney movies for a while.

Actually, she doesn't have one this year as far as I know (A Disney movie, that is).

Too bad. Then again, I'm a fan, so...
