But the animated character looks exactly like her!
Anyway, the movie's been moved to 2009: NOOOOOOO!!!

Maybe they'll change their minds (is unusally optimistic again)...

I don't think I'm gonna live long enough to actually see the day Rapunzel comes out

Every two years it gets pushed back another two years...

Oh, heavens, let's hope they don't keep doing that.

Actually because of her big-name status Disney was willing to give her exec producer credit as well. (Kinda like with the DreamWorks Jerry Seinfeld project Bee Movie).
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

I'll be an old man!
Okay, maybe not "Old", but no longer a kid.

After seeing "Walk the Line", I really think that Whiterspoon should someday get the chance to voice an animated character. Her voice has a lot of range. And while most people are saying that she can't sing as well as the character she plays (June Carter Cash) in that movie, you can't deny it, the girl can carry a tune. Very, very well, in fact. I wish she were still in "Rapunzel".

Have you seen the design for "Rapunzel"? The character is blonde.
