I was making a generalisation. I knew the quote wasn't from him, but he has that style...y'know?

Shrek the Third's Website Updated

Post by askmike1 » August 17th, 2006, 6:22 pm

Shrek the Third's website (http://shrek3.com) has been updated. Although it doesn't have much on it, it no longer redirects to Dreamworks' main website.

YAY!!!!

Hope it's as funny as the other two.

When I saw the last one, I just thought "wow, I wish Dreamworks would just make Shrek movies." They really know how to do them right, they have the right amount of sass and cleverness... and the characters are so likeable.

I think they've made pretty good other movies. But their Shrek movies are just home-runs.

Good for them. Let's hope they have more hits like these.

TAF reports that http://www.shrekthethird.com has been updated once again. It is now a bit more Shrek2-like.

What are you kidding me? The horrible flash resizing and stretching of the shrek head picture is awful.

She was referring to the previous site (which contained Donkey in Far Far Awayland with Shrek holding three fingers behind his head like bunny ears. It used to say "Are you ready for THIRDS?").

What you now see was just updated.

I hope this is good and doesn't end up being nicknamed "Shrek The Turd"... :(

BTW, I can't wait for them to get to "Shrek 4: The Revenge Of Michael Myers"... ;)

I think it'll be good.

If you look at Shrek 1 and compare it to Shrek 2, they both have a very different feel to them...even if the plots have similar themes.
Different characters, different conflicts....I think this one'll be quite good.

I just hope they lay off the "gross out" jokes this time.... :(

"Shrek 4: The Revenge Of Michael Myers"...
Ha ha ! :D I wonder if people remember now that he was the villain in the Hallloween films.

How about Shrek vs. Freddy and Jason?? :P

My freind does...She's a Michael Myers fanatic and loves to watch the Halloween movies when I'm over at her place. :P

That kinda reminds me of how my friend had the movie "IT" and every time I was at her house I'd want to watch it.... :P

According to a new JHM article, www.jimhillmedia.com

there was a test screening of Shrek the Third recently.

Some people think it needs work, :( but I think DW has plenty of time to straighten things out.

Warning: the article has MANY spoilers. (I just skimmed it so I didn't really see them.)

Wow thanks for the link :P but of course I only skimmed as well  so far it sounds like a descent sequel but it is missing something. Ah well, I'm sure DW will improve it a lot, so I can hardly wait!
