Musta had some work done: they haven’t aged a day! A bit of nip 'n' cluck there, I’d wager…

Teaser! New voices aren't too bad, but you can tell there's a difference. Ah the music!

Yeah, voices sound a little less raspy and clean, like they’re *younger*!? Weird.

You can see the Aardman logo as the egg hatches. Pretty nice touch! I also like the newspaper clippings on the wall referencing the original: "Farm destroyed! Police suspect fowl play".

“Mrs. Tweedy! The chickens are revolting!”
“Finally, something we agree on!”

You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Oh dear.
I was already a little worried about all the recastings for this film, but after seeing this trailer, I think the movie is going to turn out dreadful.
Robotic moles that fire lasers? I though the first Chicken Run was set sometime during the 1940's to 1960's? That perilous chicken pie making machine wasn't even that advanced compared to those robots. I also feel like this is going to have a Rise of Skywalker moment, where it doesn't even explain how the villain now acquires new technology in such a short span. I knew that Mrs. Tweedy was going to come back, and that is just...sad.
And the obvious toilet humor. There's probably going to be modern pop songs in this film.

*shrugs*
That toilet joke was pretty funny, not to mention tame. And very in character for Babs.
Ginger’s voice? Well…that’s going to take getting used to.

I thought Mrs. Tweedy was murdered by her husband in the previous movie.

The robots may not actually exist, they could just be what the rats think are behind the walls, as they explain the plan.
Apart from Ginger's voice, this looks like it has potential. And so happy that Babs has not lost her stupidity. I still find myself quoting her 'I don't like gravy' and 'My life flashed before my eyes...it was boring' lines more often that I really should.
And in regard to Mrs Tweedy from Wikipedia:
Ginger dodges an axe swipe which cuts through the line, sending Mrs Tweedy to fall into the safety valve of the pie machine and causing the pie machine to explode into a ball of gravy due to the gravy pressure being very high.
So, I'm going to say, it's the trope of since no body was actually shown, she survived the explosion.
