The box is an easy decision for me. I have the ones I really wanted on DVD, but never did get the Scoobys (I mean, there are a LOT of Scooby movies out there!) It'll be really nice to have a complete set of the Superstar movies in one HD package. The DVD transfers can be lackluster, so having HD copies will make them more enticing to watch.

It's tempting to get the singles just for cover art, but the covers aren't all that great anyhow. And the complete set cover is actually kinda classy. BTW, the Spruce Goose single image is missing above.

Adding Yogi's First Christmas, while it would be cool, wouldn't fit in here. These 10 films were produced as a single package. Though, they did add Ark Lark as a bonus, which is nice.

Shame no Yogi's First Christmas, but obviously that was a bit earlier so not part of this run.
I knew that. ;)

…as in all these specials are from before the DVD era and onslaught of lower-level "product"…
Exactly what I am alluding to by your description of "a lot of Scooby movies"! I donut need all those.

Yeah, it was easier to grab that all-in-one pic and not hunt down the single release:

Although it's the only one who's artwork is part of the complete set collage. Partially mirrored but still. ;)

Also, it looks like a slip for the complete set. if so, would that be a WA first?

The Harry Potter 20th Anniversary doc, which like some of the 4K sets are "stealth" Archive releases, had a surprise slip. This looks to be a regular 10-flipper case and does appear to have a slip-friendly cover, at least for a first run maybe?

Yay! I get to make an Archive release post! :)

March:
The Boob (1926) and Why Be Good? (1929) (silent double-feature)
They Drive By Night (1940)
3 Godfathers (1948)
The Little Drummer Girl (1984)
Stand And Deliver (1988)
Money Talks (1997)

Godfathers, possibly for sure, and Drive By Night gets added to my "money and space no object" list, as with maybe the silents out of curiosity, but really there’s nothing there I’m too excited about, which is possibly a good thing! ;)

As my son and I are working through a bunch of Bogie films the past while, I had been looking for a Blu of They Drive By Night just last month, and was surprised it wasn't out yet. So, that's my one title for this month.

All those requesting more silents and 80s/90s films will be happy.

I was just wondering if WB would ever consider doing a blu ray of Money Talks. That's an old favorite of mine.

And two five-flipper cases instead on one ten-flip, which is good because, really, anything over six in a slim case is slippy slidey hell!

Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island coming to Blu-ray! Unfortunately, it also includes the sequel:

Dang. I must have not hit "Submit" when I shared the announcement news yesterday.

Yeah, good news on Zombie Island. I'm just as happy about the Karloff Fu Manchu. Plus, two early ones from Coppola, and classic Gary Cooper and Audrey Hepburn. Pretty strong month.

Also, the sale is on!!!!

Cats Don't Dance, Gay Purr-Ee, Rover Dangerfield, and the first two Looney Tunes Collectors Choice discs are all included.
