Oh, I don't even have a 3-D TV (yet). But it seems to be how Fox gets you to buy the edition regardless.

In the case of The Wolverine, the extended cut was the superior one, so again, worth the extra dough if you haven't bought the movie yet.

Still waiting for this cycle of films to run their course and will then go for the uber-mutant, all-in mega X-Men Movies Collection with everything in one box. I waited for Harry...I can wait for Logan and Co... :)

They won't. Not for the foreseeable future. anyway. Fox has a "use it or lose it" deal with Marvel, so I imagine they'll keep making X-Men films as long as it's financially viable to do so just to keep the rights from going back to Marvel. Of course, Marvel could always buy the rights back, but they've got so much on their plate already that I don't see that happening, especially since Fox's X-films have always done fairly well at the box office. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

Even if they keep making X-movies, at some point the Jackman/Singer era will end and there will be the "ultimate box set" that I'll get. At that point, even if they reboot the whole thing again, that'll be the time for me to collect this cycle of films.

Seems like the site recycling old content to increase traffic maybe? I could be wrong, but some of that even looks familier to me.
