Remember how Mr. Incredible originally defeated the robot? He used it against itself. However, Syndrome stated that he made it so that would not happen again. He had tailored this machine to be invincible. It shouldn't have been that easy to defeat.

Personally, I think Syndrome should have created an army of invincible robots that looked exactly like the superheroes. This would have made the real heroes look even worse and Sydrome even better, when he would have defeated the robot army- with the help of the button on his wrist, of course.

But didn't you think it very clever how the robot "learned" that the wristbands were controlling it? That was very slick.8) What I so liked about the last battle scene is that it was the family's chance to shine. They had, in essence, been tested on the island and now it was time do or die. Especially Violet. She gained an inner confidence that helped her in the defeat of the robots.

Yes, the battle scene was good. Very good, indeed. :D

And forget suicide! What about all the death and killing in the film? Why give those a pass?!
Don't forget marital infidelity.... (Plus what is apparently an improvement in Mr. Incredible's sex life after he takes the "new job."
Of course they only *hint* at it but....)
Especially Violet. She gained an inner confidence that helped her in the defeat of the robots.
Thanks for mentioning "me"! (Just kidding LOL)

I used to kind of look like her which is funny.
You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Post by Ilsoap » March 17th, 2005, 2:29 am

This question may have already been answered, but did anyone locate the Pizza Planet Truck? I can't find that thing anywhere.

I'm wondering about that myself. I'm guessing it's somewhere in that scene where Bob and Helen are arguing about what turn to take.

That's what I figured too, but I freeze-framed through most of that, and I still couldn't find it (although I saw a lot of yellow cars). I haven't looked very hard through the beginning (with the cat in the tree), so perhaps there.

Another possibility is closer to the end when they are fighting the Omnidroid in the city.

Incredibles commercials

Post by PixarVixen » May 17th, 2006, 1:23 am

I'm trying to find 2 Incredibles commercials that I wanna download. The first one is the ad for the McDonalds Happy Meal toys with Dash and Violet. The other one is the ad for SBC with Dash on his computer.

I checked out YouTube with no luck. Maybe I didn't use the right keywords in my search. ??

Hi :) Welcome on board ;)

I've got one. If You're interested, PM me some contact info. File is quite small (wmv, 320x240, 8MB) so it's even suitable for an e-mail attachment.
