Oh man, I've got to use that! My 'Shrimp-Stealing-Icons' will have to go.

So glad Disney and Pxar are now one. I was just watching Aladdin and was reminded of how Pixar played a huge role in the animation renaissance. They were prominently featured in the credits. I seriously hope Pixar can fix all the problems within Disney Feature Animation.

There's been a load of great changes so far - I agree, I can't wait to see what more they have for us.

Now, how did I not see that coming... ;)

PROMINENTLY?? What, after all the other credits and as part of the RenderMan team just before the film ends??

Pixar is very much a product of Disney, and vice versa. Disney trained these artists in the beginning...they went off to do their own thing, coming back to help their old chums out and developing the tools that would allow them to strike out on their own...before coming back again to help the master become as good as the student had done.

The two were always interlinked and now forever will be. All is right in the world. :)

About "X3". I'm worse than Meg, I haven't seen EITHER film, even though I want to. But the new trailer for the third one is freaking awesome.

But "Superman Returns" will RULE my summer. It's the film to see this year.

X3, Superman Returns, Cars, Over the Hedge, Pirates of the Caribbean. Sounds like a great summer for movies.

OH YEAH. Finally some good movies to watch after another atrocious year in film (so far)

I haven't gone to the theater since watching King Kong. Seriously, NOTHING in the movies has interested me for a long time, probably since last summer. I did go see Chicken Little, but that was about it.

:(

Hey Ben nice Chicken Little review on DVD Toons! :)

OMG! Thanks Macaluso, I been wanting a good wallpaper for a while. Not that there was anything wrong with my former Zhang Ziyi one, but sometimes you can get bored of staring at beautiful women you know?

There's a new Japanese trailer for Cars and it's gorgeous. Shows off a lot of new footage. http://www.disney.co.jp/movies/cars/yok ... p300k.html

That' "objects in the mirror are closer than they appear" gag was used in Toy Story 2, when Rex was in the rear-view mirror of the toy car. (Jurassic Park ref) I loved that gag. And lo and behold...it was a MOVIE reference!

Wow! Thanks :) The world of cars looks richer and more complete every time Pixar shows new footage. It's living society, various locations with various dynamism. Those Japanese Pixar trailers always show more - more locations, more emotions, more hope for good entartaining and touching story ;-)
