Used to watch the animated movie on Disney Channel a lot growing up. Been an age since I revisited it, but The Nightmare King definitely left an impression on me the night my father first brought it home from Blockbuster.

That would be Nema as I reported earlier. Totally looks something out of Syfy.

And, along with the wannabe Pan's Labyrinth character, I'm guessing the character peeking out of the closet is the new PC Version of Flip, who DOESN'T look like a minstrel-show character from the original comic strip?
At this point, you have to ask, why are they still even claiming it's a version of Nemo? Aren't they just at the tipping point of cutting ties and claiming it's an original?

Re: Live Action Little Nemo
I remember, back in the 80's silver-ball "educational" days of Nickelodeon, their old "Lights, Camera, Action!" series would run behind-the-scenes making-of featurettes (until those started to dry up in the cineplex era, and seemed like they showed the one from "The Keep" twice a month)--
One of the movies was '84's "Dream One", a strange French live-action version of Nemo, which never quite seemed to have made its way over the pond, and probably would have had all its archaic comic-strip references localized out of it even if it had.
If it wasn't for IMDb, I would have had to keep searching for traces of its existence.
