The Shrek one is my favorite! Prince of Egypt and Croods are awesome as well.

Mine would be Kung Fu Panda's Po. Po would be reimagined as a hefty, lovable fighter, portrayed by a comic actor specializing in physical comedy. Practical martial arts choreography, common in 1950s films,Retro Bowl would be used to showcase Po's skills, and any fantastical elements would be done with clever stunt work and visual effects.
