These years shaped modern animation as we know it!
All the great movies and t.v. shows and specials, they are countless!

Ditto. It seems that the 80s and 90s were the golden age of TV cartoons. From The Real Ghostbusters to Thundercats, Transformers, He-Man, Ducktales, Garfield and Friends, Batman, Tiny Toon Adventures, X-Men, Gargoyles, Sonic The Hedgehog and on and on, there was never a shortage of good stuff like there is now. Even minor, little-known shows like Cybersix or The Pirates of Dark Water had a flair and sense of style that's missing from most of the cartoons on today. Where did all those good writers go?Rodney wrote:I never got around to purchasing the first volume on DVD. I'd better get on to that.

Yeah, I heard "Real Ghostbusters" writer J. Michael Strazscynski got a job somewhere after that, wonder what happened to him?eddievalient wrote: Ditto.
