I liked the breakdown of your list so I figured I'll try it, too!

Best Walt era film - Pinnochio
Best post Walt Era film - Beauty and the Beast
Best Pixar film - The Incredibles
Best non disney film - The Iron Giant
Best foreign film - The Triplets of Belleville
Best CGI film - The Incredibles
Best stop motion film - Chicken Run (although if we include animated shorts in this category, I'd have to say Wallace & Grommit in The Wrong Trousers!)
You've gotta check out Triplets of Belleville. It's a French film, with almost no dialogue but great music and beautiful(and bizarre) animation. It might become your favorite foreign animated film.
Do. Or do not. There is no try.

You can’t just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry!

Violet, about every day, I become more convinced that you personally know or are Katzenberg.

The reason why I said that is because you really, really seem to like Katzenberg and even often bring in up in threads one would not expect to see him mentioned in. I didn't mean my statement as derogatory toward you or him, though.
