Um....have you seen it?

I know you won't change your mind on DW, but if you haven't even seen the film isn't it a little premature to condemn it?
:?

Also, remember it WAS half-Aardman, as well.

Oh well.

Yeah what's the deal with it being half Aardman? Did they like run out of clay or something? Because they should have done it with clay or with regular Dreamworks animation.

They say they did it in CG because it would have been impossible to do all that water in the film with clay.

Exactly! Many people don't seem to realize that.

Seven films are competing for this year's FX Oscar:

DMC will probably swipe that one, though I've heard Saphira looks fantastic, so who knows.

Cartoon Brew has some notions about possible entries for Best Animated Short:

www.cartoonbrew.com

The Little Matchgirl just HAS to win. It's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in any artform.

Also further down the page is some info on a huge sale on Adult Swim DVDs on amazon.com. (70% off in some cases.)

Yeah, The Little Matchgirl is beautiful.
But don't forget about Lifted. The ones who saw it, said it was the best short Pixar has ever done.
