Exactly my thoughts Christian! I did have some minnor issues with some scenes in the movie (especially the "Lesson number one" scene), but it was mostly just the animation and some forced scenes that got my attention. But hey, those were all things that I forgot the instance after I noticed it (so i...

I was going to write an article about the restoration of Bambi on The Disney Database, but I haven't had the time to do it yet. (partly because I only have some text and some images of the restoration). Anyway, here's some restoration comparisons: http://www.disneydatabase.com/images/movies/bambi/dv...

Actually Ben, that was not the only thing they "lied" about. The "Secret Lab" was actually an external studio called "CORE". This studio is actually working on "The Wild" for Disney at the moment. I don't think they will call it the "Secret Lab" now... I'm not sure if CORE did all the work, but they...

The storyline sounds neat... I don't think I would have liked Toy Story to head the "The Brave Little Toaster" road by letting Andy grow up and see where the toys end up. That would be such a ripoff... This one actually sounds pretty original (altough it reminds me of something) and it could be a hi...

That's an error in our system. I have set the date to March 2004, but he always automaticly picks the last day of the previous month when only a month and a year is set. The DVD should arrive late March, but I can't really set a date on it yet... I'll fix it soon, sorry for the inconvienence! [EDIT]...

Another thing is that Disney's Dinosaur made $137 million and is widely considered a "bomb" (at least by CG standards). Polar Express is likely to make the same (if not less) but will not be considered a bomb? Can someone explain this to me? Dinosaur had a budget of $200 million and Polar Express h...

Re: train
Also not to be mean or pick on this movie even more, but the picture and especially the teaser made me think of that British show with the talking train or caboose or whatever it is. I forget the name. I know that the technology is tons better than that, but the look seems kind of similar. Bob the ...
