This coming thursday, May 11th, John Lasseter will be in Paris at the Cinémathèque for a screening of CARS and a conference just after it. I'll be there and try to report what'll be going on there as best as I can.

Well Corpse Bride was ANIMATED, Monster House is more like a TV show where they use Motion Capture to animate a cartoon character to host a game... Cheap.

Missed the Producers (here in France it as only shown in crappy theatres) but LOVED RENT, seen it twice and imediately bought the soundtrack! I'm a big fan of musicals I must say, on stage or on screens. For Disney fans, you sure wanna check "The Little Shop of Horrors", it was created by alan Menke...

Did you notice the possibly major spoiler in the teaser? In a family pcture group frame we can see a grown up Wilbur? Maybe it's a dream or a projection or somthing... What if? I saw that too (it's Lewis though). I was like, "D'OH!" Another clue that this trailer was a bit thrown together. Yeah Lew...

No he didn't, the files of the set he put online does not contain the final versions of the songs, only the work in progress versions!

the site is unofficial ok but it is up to date (see News section)
as for the downloads, he only put the Out-of-prints stuff, it'not like he puts the soundtracks of Little Mermaid or Aladdin. But those who were lucky enough to get them don't care much about sharing....
